-you're a woman in your 30's who wants to understand and optimize your hormonal health
-you're a woman in your 40's or 50's who doesn't feel like yourself and needs a start in understanding the role of perimenopause and what to do to feel better
-you're in menopause and preparing for a long and strong retirement
-you're a woman who's in the position to help other women in midlife - whether professionally or personally
Absolutely. This workshop is designed to be its own stand-alone solution in helping women understand and manage their hormonal health. As a clinical program each attendee will need to complete naturopathic intake paperwork however 1 on 1 care before and beyond the workshop is entirely optional.
Yes, in fact I designed the workshop with patients in mind. I wanted the workshop to fill in gaps in care - whether you're seeing your MD, ND or both. While our clinical care addresses very specific and pressing issues, the workshop picks up where our consults leave off - going higher level with education, strategies for issues that may be pesky but not pressing enough to see a doctor and doing this all in a time-efficient and cost-efficient way. And of course, a group workshop allows us to learn from each other.
